The Sebel Sydney, Manly Beach

Every time I stay at The Sebel Sydney, Manly Beach, I always wish I booked another night or two. Situated right across the road from Manly Surf Club and South Steyne Beach, it’s located up the quiet end of Manly but still very much part of the vibe.

It’s the perfect place to stay, easy to access Manly’s world famous Corso, a great starting point to walk the boardwalk to Queenscliff or in the other direction, the picturesque 10 kilometre Manly to Spit Bridge Walk.

Our choice of accommodation was the Deluxe Ocean View One Bedroom Apartment, because if we’re staying in Manly we always wants a view of the beach. The hotel does boast similar styled apartments with views overlooking Manly. They are furnished tastefully, and the bathroom is a great size and features a small laundry hidden behind cupboard doors. The kitchenette has everything you need, including a full sized fridge if you’re intending to settle in for a longer stay.

The couch is big enough to lie on and read a great book, while listening to the waves crashing on the beach across the road
Kitchen and Dining area – the perfect size whether you’re staying a day or a week

If you like the idea of the ocean view but not the price tag, they have un-renovated studio apartments which still boast a gorgeous view, but maybe a little dated in their decor. Still, it doesn’t detract from staying somewhere known around the world as one of Sydney’s best beaches.
